You have been invited to book your child's Allergy Assessment through our online booking portal. This will be a telehealth visit that occurs online. An if office visit will be scheduled at a later date if required.
Contact us by phone or email if you:
No longer require an Allergy Assessment, or have seen another Allergist in the interim or;
Have any questions (including about who referred you, or the reason for referral)
Do not wish to book using the portal.
