COVID-19 SCREENING CRITERIA

1. Contact the clinic if the patient or attending caregiver has:
   1. New onset symptoms (cough, sore throat, runny nose, fever, vomiting, diarrhea) within the last 2-3 days
   2. Any fever in previous 48 hours
2. Ok to attend the appointment if patient has:
   1. 4 days since onset of symptoms and stable or improving
   2. No fever in the last 48 hours
   3. Sick parent or sibling who will NOT be attending appointment)
   1. Having a sick family members is not a reason to not attend, but sick family members should not come to the appointment
3. If there is a sick parent or sibling:
   1. Sick parent or sibling should not attend clinic with the patient
   1. If the sick parent or sibling absolutely needs to attend and it has been more than 2-3 days since symptom onset and no fever in last 48 hours it is ok for the sick parent or sibling to attend
